I’m not good enough to convince them that we can play good. I’m not able. I have to find a solution. I’m the manager. That is the reality. I need to see what I can do to help them, but I’m not able to do it. I feel like I’m failing. That is the truth.
I will keep trying, keep working with the players, and keep pushing them to do better. It’s a tough season, but we have to keep fighting and keep believing that we can turn things around. We have to stay positive and keep working hard, that’s the only way we can get out of this situation.
