It was a tough position to be in and I was playing the number one player in the world, but I was still a little bummed that I was the last one to go out. But I was happy to be a part of it, it was a great experience and I learned a lot from it.
Clark is currently ranked 20th in the US Ryder Cup standings, with the top six players earning automatic qualification and the remaining six being selected as captain’s picks.
With several big events coming up on the PGA Tour schedule, including the US Open and The Open Championship, Clark will be looking to improve his form and secure his spot on Team USA for the Ryder Cup in September.
Team USA will be looking to reclaim the Ryder Cup after their defeat in 2023, and Wyndham Clark will be hoping to be a part of the team that brings the trophy back home.
I am looking forward to returning to that venue and hopefully continuing my success there. I am feeling confident and ready to compete at a high level in the upcoming tournaments.
